I’m a Montessori Teacher who has transitioned into a role where I assist individuals and groups in their quest for wholeness. I have a deep passion for sharing the diverse tapestry of life, embracing both its joys and challenges with authenticity and vulnerability. Music and reading are my constant companions, offering inspiration and solace, while my love for gardening mirrors my nurturing spirit.

Teaching and guiding have become the cornerstones of my life’s purpose. I find immense fulfilment in continuous self-improvement, personally and professionally. Alongside this journey, I’ve also discovered a passion for teaching mindfulness to children, fostering emotional well-being and resilience from a young age.
